Far East Organization is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to join our prestigious hospitality division, Far East Orchard. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a key pillar in our financial leadership team, overseeing group-level financial integrity, statutory compliance, and operational management reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee group-level financial accounting, reporting, and consolidation processes ensuring adherence to FRS and statutory requirements.
- Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, providing insightful commentary on variances and KPIs.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and standard operating procedures to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset integrity.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning exercises in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance.
- Drive treasury management, including cash flow forecasting and optimizing working capital.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CA Singapore).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management or Controller role.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards (FRS/IFRS) and local corporate tax regulations.
- Proven experience in the hospitality, property, or real estate development sector is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated leadership ability to influence stakeholders and manage diverse cross-functional teams.
- High level of professional integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in handling complex financial data.
