Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement corrective actions as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a controller role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
