Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Manage internal controls and implement financial risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory examinations
- Develop and optimize accounting systems and processes
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy and operational decisions
- Mentor and develop finance team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license required
- 5+ years of experience in financial controller or senior accounting role
- Expertise in Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in BPO or multinational company preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
