Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Support month-end/year-end closing processes and audit preparations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP FICO experience required)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
