Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and monitor cost variances in supply chain operations to ensure financial efficiency.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cost of sales and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operational teams to provide insights on the financial impact of process improvements.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget for supply chain functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform cost modeling and forecasting for new product lines and logistics initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or supply chain finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial findings to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Willingness to work in Laguna, Calabarzon.
