Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support the operations of our two designated outlets.
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth potential.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian taxation laws and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with operational managers to ensure budget adherence and resource optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports for stakeholders and ownership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, reporting standards, and legal financial requirements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations for multiple business units simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
