Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee payment processing for logistics services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Prepare tax documentation and assist with year-end audit requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-growing business environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
