- Develop, implement, and monitor organizational budgets to align with strategic goals
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate financial planning with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead financial forecasting and scenario modeling for strategic decision support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and budgeting
- Expertise in financial analysis, variance reporting, and KPI monitoring
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
