Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles to support strategic business objectives
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting mechanisms
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to enhance team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (required) with CPA license mandatory
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in financial management/controller roles
- Expert knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience in multinational corporate environments preferred
