Join Anchor Land Holdings Inc. as a Financial Management & Reporting Senior Analyst and become a cornerstone of our financial integrity. In this critical role, you'll partner directly with the FMR Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of our book of accounts. You'll be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports essential for regulatory compliance, including SEC filings and statutory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monthly closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
- Prepare regulatory financial reports (SEC, BIR, and other statutory filings)
- Support FMR Supervisor in financial statement preparation and variance analysis
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and documentation
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial information
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
