Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
- Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow management
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance/accounting
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing industry highly desirable
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives
