Join EMAPTA as a Financial Modeling and FP&A Associate and drive strategic financial decisions for high-growth brands in a fully remote, permanent night shift role. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop complex financial models including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis for high-growth brands
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial planning and analysis cycles, including budget preparation and variance analysis
- Generate executive-ready financial reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and assess financial implications
- Monitor KPIs and market trends to provide actionable recommendations for business optimization
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and integration financial modeling
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 7 AM PH time)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven mindset
- Experience with high-growth companies or startup environments
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
