Tanggung Jawab
- Lead development and maintenance of complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights with operational planning
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and board members
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling methodologies and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial modeling experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Experience in technology/consulting industry with proven track record in financial strategy
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders
- CFA or CPA certification highly valued
