Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input patient charges into the hospital's billing system in a timely manner.
- Review medical records and service orders to verify the accuracy of patient billing codes.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to resolve discrepancies in service documentation.
- Maintain strictly confidential patient financial records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and reconciliation of charges to ensure zero-error processing.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing procedures and audits.
- Provide prompt assistance to patients and departments regarding billing inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in hospital billing or healthcare administration is a distinct advantage.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
