Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate generation of invoices for project-based engagements.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts and resolve complex billing discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable aging, providing clear reporting on status and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Support month-end closing activities, including revenue recognition validation and financial statement preparation.
- Analyze existing billing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and operational support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial operations, billing, or accounts receivable roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Deltek Costpoint).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict monthly financial deadlines.
- Experience in a software or technology-driven industry is a significant advantage.
