In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting and data intelligence operations. We are looking for an analytical mind who can bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and the development of sophisticated Power BI dashboards that empower leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes to ensure organizational financial goals are met.
- Perform variance analysis on actual vs. budget/forecast results, identifying trends and potential areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather operational data for comprehensive financial modeling.
- Assist in the automation of routine reporting processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Demonstrated experience or strong academic knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of general accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
