We are looking for a high-caliber Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to serve as a key business partner to our executive team. In this role, you will go beyond traditional accounting to drive business strategy, optimize profitability, and spearhead sustainable growth initiatives across our diverse portfolio.
As an FP&A lead, you will be responsible for translating complex financial data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in shaping our long-term financial health through rigorous budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis of financial results versus budget, providing actionable commentary to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and capital investments.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to senior management on profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue-growth opportunities.
- Improve existing financial reporting tools and processes to enhance data accuracy and decision-making speed.
- Support the executive team in preparing presentations for board meetings and strategic reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required for this role.
