Guesty is looking for a driven FP&A Specialist to join our expanding team in Cebu. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial strategy, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
As an FP&A professional at Guesty, you will work closely with leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. We are seeking an individual who not only masters the numbers but possesses the forward-thinking mindset necessary to scale operations in the property management software industry. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial clarity and ensuring that our resource allocation aligns with our hyper-growth objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, providing deep-dive insights to stakeholders.
- Support the month-end close process with accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Build and refine sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and business cases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Prepare regular financial presentations for management review and board-level reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index-match, pivot tables, complex modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into executive-level summaries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving startup environment.
