Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI platforms
- Strong understanding of tourism/hospitality industry dynamics
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional financial projects
- Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) highly valued
