Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning and analysis for production departments including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze production costs, margins, and operational KPIs
- Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess financial impact of production changes and capital investments
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
- Mentor junior finance staff and improve financial reporting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational and financial data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
- Knowledge of Singapore GAAP and manufacturing cost accounting principles
