We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning, Analysis & Strategy (FPAS) Manager to join the leadership team at Lucena United Doctors Hospital and Medical Center. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the hospital's financial health through comprehensive budgeting, precise financial reporting, and deep performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans for the hospital.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital investment decisions and revenue cycle optimization.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational strategies with broader organizational financial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, or Hospital Administration.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to executive stakeholders.
