Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or advanced Excel functions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder updates.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a strong plus.
