Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans and forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actuals and budgets to provide actionable insights to management.
- Support senior management in strategic decision-making processes through robust data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial impact and improve business performance.
- Maintain accurate financial models, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to guide future business planning.
- Assist in the preparation of board packs and high-level presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Junior level: 0-2 years of experience; Senior level: 3+ years of experience in financial planning or analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
