Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting for US accounts
- Validate financial data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Support the FP&A team with ad-hoc analysis projects
- Collaborate with US-based finance teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Present financial insights to senior leadership with clear recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
