Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance against KPIs
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and understand business objectives
- Identify financial trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and recommendations
- Prepare management presentations with clear visualizations of financial data
- Monitor financial metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
