RPG Commerce is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team in Damansara Jaya. As the FP&A Manager, you will take full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyze financial trends, and develop comprehensive financial models to support long-term planning. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation. Additionally, you will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support business planning and strategy.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational goals.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation and liquidity management.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies to mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Management Accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
- Experience in the E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG industry is a plus.
