Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modeling
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and performance reporting against financial targets
- Develop strategic financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate financial insights into operational planning
- Present financial findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Optimize financial processes through automation and data-driven improvements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance financial analysis capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of FP&A experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive reporting
- Experience in logistics, maritime, or heavy industry preferred
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) highly valued
