Join Belo Medical Group as our Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and become a strategic driver of our financial success. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive FP&A strategies, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll orchestrate end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that optimize operational efficiency and business growth. Partnering with department heads, you'll deliver critical financial analysis to support strategic initiatives while maintaining rigorous financial controls and reporting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the entire organization
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and growth initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure organizational targets are met
- Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for stakeholders and board members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations
- Experience in healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
