We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join the team at GUS Education Business Process Solutions and Services Philippines, Inc.. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting core FP&A reporting, forecasting, and comprehensive data analysis to drive accurate financial and operational decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Assist in the development, monitoring, and updating of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Utilize financial data to support strategic business decisions and operational planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements for complex financial modeling.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, and Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
