We are seeking a strategically minded and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to join our finance team in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company's financial strategy through detailed analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
You will work closely with business units to provide actionable insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support decision-making with accurate financial models. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and quarterly reports, managing the annual budget cycle, and performing variance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to review financial results and provide recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certification (CFA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
