Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
- Support senior management with insightful financial analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and ensure accurate consolidation
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and executive reports
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics against targets
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA designation is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
