- Lead enterprise-wide financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Analyze financial performance against budget/forecast and identify key variances
- Develop and maintain robust financial planning models and systems
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and consolidation workflows
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- CPA or CFA certification is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and consolidation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in water/utility industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
