Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by monitoring variances and providing insights.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws (BIR) and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial data and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Maintain and update the company's fixed asset register and inventory records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational proficiency.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
