Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive financial plans and budgets for the Transition Business Group.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support ad-hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Generate accurate and timely management reports to track business performance against key KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Monitor regional financial performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of board-level presentations and strategic financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
