- Prepare comparative analysis of actual revenues, costs, and operating expenses against budget and plans
- Lead discussions on actual financial performance with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers and financial implications
- Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Identify financial trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and strategic financial plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
