Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with IFRS and local accounting regulations.
- Collaborate closely with global asset class teams to interpret portfolio trends and provide high-quality financial insights.
- Develop and maintain compelling investor communications materials, including presentation decks and detailed reports.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and ensure timely, accurate responses to internal and external inquiries.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the financial reporting workflow.
- Monitor market trends and competitor financial activities to provide context for investment strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 2-4 years of proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, or investment analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
