- Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Perform regular cash counts and verify transaction accuracy
- Analyze and reconcile expense reports to identify discrepancies
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support budget preparation through expense tracking and forecasting
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
