Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with clear variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting process to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor and enforce financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable recommendations to departmental heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track capital expenditures and operational costs.
- Support the month-end closing process and ensure ledger accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
