We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist to support the North America Insurance Business Operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal control procedures.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Generate management reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Support external auditors and internal review processes during financial audits.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial performance to recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Deep understanding of US GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
