Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee internal and external audit processes ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to develop their expertise
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reporting for stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial reporting and auditing
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Philippine Accounting Standards, and tax regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
