Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS standards.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and ensure all financial data entries are recorded with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory filings and tax compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to verify financial records and streamline internal reporting processes.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and analyze financial variances, documenting findings for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting workflows and the automation of manual reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - License required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in a corporate accounting environment is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
