Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with PFRS and IFRS standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR) to ensure seamless audits and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis of financial results and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Drive the automation and enhancement of financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory reports and disclosures.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Interpret and advise on the financial impact of new accounting standards and business transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Deep understanding of PFRS, IFRS, PH tax laws, and SEC reporting requirements.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on a contract/temporary basis and report onsite in Bonifacio Global City.
