Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial settlement processes, ensuring all transactions are reconciled with high accuracy.
- Analyze and investigate complex settlement discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Accounting, and Customer Support departments to streamline settlement workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all settlement activities to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Prepare periodic performance reports detailing settlement status, trends, and risk assessments for management review.
- Monitor and adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) regarding payment processing and dispute resolution.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial operations, settlement processing, or back-office banking support.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Advanced data analysis skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies in large datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of financial reconciliation principles and standard banking practices.
