Join PT Comcore Teknologi Indonesia as a Financial Specialist / Supervisor and take charge of the company's financial operations in Indonesia. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing the full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and treasury functions to ensure financial integrity and regulatory adherence. You'll lead critical financial processes while supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage Indonesia tax compliance including monthly/quarterly filings, VAT, and annual tax returns
- Coordinate treasury functions including cash flow management, banking relationships, and foreign exchange
- Lead and mentor accounting team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial processes and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesia's tax regulations (PPh, PPN, tax treaties)
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with multi-company accounting consolidation
