Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
- Ensure full GST compliance through accurate return preparation, tax filings, and documentation maintenance
- Manage financial reporting including P&L statements, balance sheets, and statutory submissions
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to foster accuracy, efficiency, and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management with strong GST compliance expertise
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven track record in process optimization and financial controls implementation
