Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Acumatica ERP system.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system optimizations to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding system functionality and data entry.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with business operations.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate upgrades or patches.
- Maintain data integrity, security protocols, and backup procedures within the financial system.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for utilizing the ERP system effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Acumatica ERP or similar financial management systems.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and ERP functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
