- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to implement system upgrades and process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems, including procedures and user guides
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making processes
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems through regular audits and validation procedures
- Train end-users on financial system features and functionality
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and technology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial systems support or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP systems
- Experience with database management and SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
