You'll oversee teams executing painting, tiling, ceiling installation, and drywall activities, ensuring every detail meets project specifications and industry best practices.
As a key leader on-site, you'll be responsible for coordinating between trades, managing material allocation, and resolving technical challenges to maintain project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate finishing teams for painting, tiling, ceiling installation, and drywall activities
- Enforce strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Implement and maintain comprehensive site safety protocols and compliance measures
- Manage material allocation, resource scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other departments for seamless project execution
- Document work progress, inventory usage, and incident reports
- Train and mentor junior staff on advanced finishing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction finishing roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Proven expertise in painting, tiling, ceiling installation, and drywall systems
- Certification in construction safety management (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred)
- Strong understanding of local building codes and quality standards
- Advanced blueprint reading and technical specification interpretation skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficient in project coordination and conflict resolution
- Physical ability to conduct site inspections in challenging environments
