Join KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd as a Finishing Supervisor and lead critical project completion phases in Simpang Renggam, Johor. This hands-on role requires expertise in coordinating finishing operations across construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with architectural specifications and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing operations including plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring installations
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Manage subcontractors and labor teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless execution
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction finishing supervision
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, DOSH, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
