Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including painting, flooring, tiling, and fixture installation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Manage and lead skilled finishing teams, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Inspect completed work to identify and rectify defects or non-conformities
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with procurement and project management teams for seamless workflow
- Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials used, and quality control measures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Finishing Supervisor in construction
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices
- Certification in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
